Thanks to our textile expertise and broad comprehension of design and creativity, we can assign different texture according to the desired result: soft, light, stiff, heavy, thickened.
The effects can be flat, smooth and thin or more voluminous. With low definition one can achieve a retro style and with high or very high definition one can reproduce even the smallest details.
The ribbons are often produced in polyester, which gives dimensional and colorimetric stability to washing (there are no problems with washing up to 60 degrees).
It is possible to weave yarns fine as hair or thick as a string and out of various compositions; recycled, natural, synthetic, artificial or i.e special materials such as lurex or fluorescent.
All yarns are Oeko-tex standard 100 certified, coming from Italian spinning mills, responding perfectly to the reach regulation.
The selvedge can be thermo-cut for maximum hold, or cut by ultrasonic device to give a soft hand touch, if in contact with the skin.
It is also possible to further enrich the woven ribbon with finishes, which we do in our finishing department.
The tapes can be dressed, then stiffened or vaporised to gain softness.
On request, they can be combined with support materials, such as non-woven fabric, both in the adhesive or in the thermo-adhesive version.
There is also a special process to make tubular tape, that is produced with two ribbons, front and reverse with independent patterns and designs, that come together near the outer edge.
