The “Ddesign” department takes care of the graphic proposals and after thorough consultancy work, the weaving process is started, always providing the sample for approval with the necessary color variants, before the final production.
The company policy of increasingly high quality standards, has long initiated procedures and selection of highly qualified yarn suppliers, exclusively Italian, certified oeko tex standard 100, which allow us to adhere to the REACH regulation.
This guarantees that our products are made for the most sensitive skins and have high resistance to washing.
Our looms work up to 12 different yarns simultaneously, that can be interweaved to obtain unlimited colors and nuances.
The threads are often made out of polyester, which gives dimensional and color stability; (there are no problems with washing up to 60 degrees).
It is possible to weave yarns fine as hair or thick as a string and out of various compositions; recycled, natural, synthetic, artificial or i.e special materials such as lurex or fluorescent.
Our most common label is rectangular shaped and can be cut with heat or with ultrasonic technology to achieve a softer edge.
They can be folded in the center or on the sides, for different uses (inside-neck, side, etc.)
We have all the traditional loom settings for labels: taffeta, satin and semi-satin.
Jacquard fabric labels can also be coupled with special double-sided adhesive and thermo-adhesive and can be sewn onto clothing and garments, even affixed to various types of packaging, from cardboard boxes to glass bottles.
Thanks to our textile expertise and broad comprehension of design and creativity we can assign different textures to the labels for clothing. We can produce all kinds of textures i.e soft, light, rigid, heavy, flat, smooth, thin or more voluminous.
