Patches, coats of arms, embroidered badges, are some of many terms that are used to understand an application often used outside of clothing, to personalise and enrich jackets, outerwear, trousers, fleeces, knitwear.
The first phase of the production process is the same as the jacquard woven label, with the only difference that the patch reinforcements are specially designed to give a three-dimensional appearance and a more solid and rigid structure.
After weaving, they are coupled with various materials (thermos-adhesive, adhesive, non-woven fabric or any other textile material) and then laser-shaped.
If required, the patches can be sewn on to the Velcro. This allows the patches to be attached or detached when needed.
The precision and versatility of our laser systems allows us to perform the most complex shapes.
Sometimes the patches can be profiled with an embroidered cord, depending on the aesthetic taste.
Fashion trends have led us to experiment with scratching or tearing processes to create effects such as délavé or a ruined/rough style. We have built machines that can perform this work.
